Dr Laroache I would recommend to anyone!! He has performed 3 surgeries on both my hands in the last year and I have had nothing but positive experiences every time I go in. He is very professional and thorough, not mention just “awesome”! He makes you feel at ease and you walk away just knowing you are in good hands. His assistant Kelly, is just wonderful! She is so friendly and sweet- I just love her! I can not say this enough: how much it means to someone to be treated more than just a “patient with a number”. These guys go above and beyond to make you feel just that.

Listen to my concerns, asked excellent questions regarding reasons for the visit, gave me options, surgery scheduled.

I had an appointment with the doctor. Upon arriving at our appointment he came into the exam room for brief moment. Sai he would be back to answer my questions. after waiting approximately 20, even though I hadn't spoken to the doctor, we were told we could leave. After waiting approximately 45 minutes and being told on more than one occasion that he was aware that I was waiting he never returned and I left without having my questions answered

Horrible experience with “dr”. Laroche. I waited 2 hrs and ended up leaving without being treated, after waiting almost an hour in the waiting room I had to wait longer for them to try to get results from another doctor, they had me waiting in there for them to get them faxed to them so I just asked for anothe appointment, while she was scheduling it I called the doctor to see if they could send it ASAP since I had already been there so long I didn’t want to have to go back another day… while getting them to send it I told the nurse I would end up waiting nurse Mae showed she got irritated and said she had canceled this appointment and rescheduled and she would need to add us back on. We told her that was fine we would just wait and she proceeded to add it back on and after waiting about another 10 minutes then came in and said the doctor was on lunch now and we would have to wait till 1, we asked for a manager and ended up leaving since people were gathered talking instead of helping
