Dr. Kevin is absolutely amazing! I couldn’t highly speak about him how he treated and cared for me. I honestly did not expect Dr.’s like him still do exist! Genuinely caring and knows how to listen to his patient! I was impressed how detailed and thorough he is, his actions speak louder that he is absolutely passionate about what he does.
He was referred by my primary care PA since the previous MD at the quick care does not know to listen to my concerns about the pain that got worsens and swollen on my left thumb. I am so grateful that my PA listen to my concerns and she referred me to this clinic.
Dr. Kevin thank you for being my hero! I felt safe and gave me a peace of mind that I know I will be taking care of. You are an amazing listener, you pay attention to details and you made me feel a valued patient. Great work on my arm. Surgery went well. He was always up front and honest with any possible complications from my injury. Staff is very good and communicates well. Highly recommended!

Dr. Kevin Laroche joined Nevada Orthopedic & Spine Center in 2020. He specializes in managing injuries both nonoperatively and operatively by specifically utilizing evidence-based medicine to address pathologies from the fingertip to the shoulder. For injuries that require surgical operative management, Dr. Laroche performs some procedures using only local anesthesia allowing his patients to avoid general anesthesia.
Dr. Laroche was born and raised in Brooklyn, NY. He attended Hunter College in New York City, where he graduated Magna Cum Laude with honors. He went on to attend the University of Rochester School of Medicine and Dentistry where he earned his Doctor of Medicine degree. After medical school, Dr. Laroche completed his internship and orthopaedic surgery residency at the University of Virginia in Charlottesville, VA.
Following his time in Charlottesville, he completed additional subspecialty fellowship training in hand and upper extremity surgery at the Rothman Institute at Thomas Jefferson University. During his fellowship, Dr. Laroche received extensive and comprehensive training in hand and upper extremity surgery including microvascular surgery and upper extremity joint replacements. Also, he has multiple peer-reviewed publications and his research has been presented at regional and national conferences.
In his spare time, Dr. Laroche enjoys spending time with his wife and daughter.
