Honestly, I didn’t know what to expect coming into the office. I was anxious and uncertain due to the many questions regarding the pain I’m experiencing. Nonetheless, as soon as I met Dr. Laroche, he put me at ease. He took the time to answer all my questions. He showed empathy towards my concerns and didn’t dismiss me. He encouraged questions and provided me information regarding potential reasons to what I was experiencing. He offered immediate solutions as well as streamlined a path for next steps. I came in with anxiety and left feeling comfortable feeling heard and with the hope that Dr. Laroche will help me in the process. His assistants were kind as well. More doctors should be like him. I feel grateful.
I fractured my arm on a Wednesday and I was able to get an appointment with PA Laut on Thursday. Since Dr Laroche was in the office that day, he was kind enough to see me. I was able to schedule my surgery that day. I only suffered for one week before surgery to start healing, it could have been weeks or months. Post surgery I was having a lot of pain with my splint. I was able to immediately come to the office for a different splint to increase my comfort. Dr Laroche has been excellent to me. Thank you so much doctor
