Dr. Kevin Riedel, O.D., joined our optometric team in 2014. He practices comprehensive optometry, including complete eye examinations, medical eye evaluations, and fitting all types of contact lenses. He also cares for patients before and after cataract surgery.
Dr. Riedel earned his bachelor’s degree from the University of Oregon and his doctor of optometry degree from Pacific University College of Optometry. He has also provided clinical instruction for interns at Pacific University and proudly volunteers for Special Olympics Oregon and Washington by performing vision screenings for the athletes.

Even though it was a busy day and he was a bit behind schedule, he took the time needed to be thorough. He also was extremely pleasant and I didn't feel like a new patient.

Dr. Riedel didn't just give me an eye exam, write a prescription for contacts, and send me on my way. He took his time to explain things, answered all my questions, and went out of his way to find solutions to issues I was having with my current lenses. He is thourough and accomodating in addition to being very friendly. It was a wonderful experience.
