I would NEVER go back to see Bonner. I honestly would rather die. Saw him 2 times he never once examined me. He was rude to say the very least. When he finally came in the examine room after waiting 1.5 hrs after my appointment he was in there less than 4 minutes. He refused to help me in any way, shape or form. If I could give a negative rating I would. I had to go to the er for help. They told me I had a really bad pinched nerve after looking at my mri, which Bonner had full access to. He is absolutely the WORST doctor I've ever seen in my 41 years. During my visits I was treated extremely rude and talked down to. I was crying in pain and the nurses were the only ones who cared. Shame on him!!!

Really liked Neil and Dr. Bonner! Their demeaner was very calm, attentive and not high pressure! They answered my questions and concerns and it was all a very pleasant experience even though my prognosis was disappointing. I knew I was in the hands of a consummate professional after knowing several trusted people who gave me rave reviews about Dr. Bonner. I don’t want to think of shoulder surgery but if the time comes, I will feel very confident in his care and with his expertise!!

When I addressed my concerns, I was told I didn’t need physical therapy and due to my X-rays being normal.. never mind the fact that I’m less than 50% back to normal since my injury. This was supposed to be a second opinion, instead he just sided with my first Dr.

Seemed like a very quick and rushed appointment

Good surgeon, worked on my daughter a year ago, i know he sees a lot of patients but would have thought there would have been a little better bedside manner per say. Think i spent 5 minutes with the doctor... 3 Xrays were taken and they were never even discussed as to what was shown. confirmed with his Assistant that we needed an mri and that we would make a call from there. felt like a very rushed appt. especially after sitting in a waiting room for over an hour

Dr. Bonner was friendly and pleasant to interact with; good bedside manner. This was my first time at this practice and first time meeting Dr. Bonner and he explained he likes to take a conservative approach and save surgery for when it’s truly needed which I can appreciate. He provided recommendations for the issue I’m having and scheduled a follow up to see how I progress based on the recommendations.

office staff is very inefficient with repeated phone calls and repeated scheduling blunders. Tyler is very poor at his job and for some reason cannot retain information that was just imparted to him merely moments earlier.

I need a total shoulder replacement but wanted a second opinion and was referred to Doc Bonner by a former patient of his. I almost never write reviews (good or bad) because I've found that over the past 20-25 years, customer service, regardless of the industry, is generally underwhelming. Mediocrity has become the norm. HOWEVER, in this case, I was so impressed with the level of service I received, I had to speak up. I'm pretty sure that Doctor Bonner and his PT would say they were just doing their jobs, but they went to great lengths to describe my situation and explain what was going on with my shoulder. They carefully reviewed my MRI with me and answered all my questions, addressed all my concerns, laid out options for treatment and ultimately the doctor offered me his recommendation. The office was packed with people, but I never felt rushed. I never felt like they didn't care. He's a true professional as is his staff. I enthusiastically recommend him. You won't be disappointed!

DR. Bonner has been my physician since 2005 when he fixed my Right Rotator Cuff. In 2008 he did a total knee replacement, and 2010 the other knee replacement. Naturally, I think he is wonderful. He has a rare ability to make his patients feel like he really cares about them. I have sent patients to him and they agree with me. Lately, I have sent two new patients to Dr. Bonner, on my recommendation.
