Physician was condescending- I understand simplifying medical terms- maybe check the pt’s level of understanding before using a chicken leg analogy to describe cartilage. Physician did not provide name of diagnosis while in the room- only used the chicken leg analogy. Also, I was seen by a PA student and I was not asked if it was okay for a student to come in & examine.

Dr Cleveland, in conjunction with my physical therapists (Chely and April), have made me so much better! They know exactly what the patient needs, they listen, and they're friendly.

Dr Cleveland was very nice and very pleasant, but he had no idea why I was there and after 30 seconds of talking with me, he said “okay just come back in two weeks to see my physicians assistant (Michelle Douglas, who I’d seen previously and 10/10 highly recommend - she’s the best) for a follow up. It seemed like he had no idea this appointment was the follow up. I was here to get updated x-rays. The entire interaction was awkward. I’m confident 99% of his patients have wonderful interactions, I just happed to be the 1%

Saw dr. Cleveland for an urgent care visit. He quickly assessed my ankle and explained my condition. There was a 45 minute wait time and a backup due to staff issues, but he did everything he could to speed the process along and take care of patients.

Dr Cleavland is the best docto I have seen in the las 3 years I have not Ben able to wal in 3 year I have been to all kinds o doctor back and neurology I always said it had something to do with my nerve I havenot Ben to my MRI yet but I cannot wait to go and go see Dr Cleavland again so we can fine out what going on with me

Wonderful doctor.

Did not do a full X-ray on my toddler. Only ordered the knee and shin. When she had been limping for a few days already and the fact that she’s had a buckle fracture on her foot 6 months ago he should’ve ordered an X-ray for her foot as well. Especially because she’s not even 2 years old so she can’t talk and say what’s bothering her. Horrible.

I received very little help today. I asked to see my X-rays and was not accommodated. I need some pain relief and was not helped. I felt as though their schedule was way too tight to spend any quality time with me. My pain is constant and I got no help for that.

Did not seem interested in my pain. Although residents-discussed Mobic. The md did not discuss any options. I have difficulty walking. He stated they can work you as much as they like but wear the boot.
