I just wanted you to know that my time is precious just like a doctor. Please be mindful of that, I know things do happen but please keep it in mind

I thought the initial visit was great but then found out it’s going to be 5 1/2 weeks before I can even get an mri on a separated shoulder that may need surgery. If indeed surgery is needed, this could put it up 7 to 8 weeks out or more.

I did not see the actual Dr I seen his nurse practitioner and they acted like I was lying or something even though my right knee was twice the size of my left knee.did not off me any types of relief of my pain except a steroid shot which only made my butt cheeks sore along with the rest of the right side of my body I haven't had any feeling at all in my right hand on over a.week and still suffering and don't have any answers...they say corpal tunnel maybe 🤔 but I been checked for that before it wasn't it ..no explanation of why my knee pops every time it moves n is swelled either

Least “satisfying” visit since starting treatment. I was told I’d be getting “last” X-rays at this appointment to be sure both the ankle and the toe breaks were healed. No X-rays. Dr. wouldn’t have even touched my foot if I hadn’t asked where specifically the breaks were. He released me based on amount of time I’d been treated. I received much better care on every other visit. Very, very disappointed.

This was a terrible experience! I was released to go back to work on full duty. All my job requires is a doctors signature. They orthopedic clinic is making me go through a third party and take an EXTRA week of sick time to get a SIGNATURE! Plus, it’s costing an EXTRA $40. This is the most ridiculous thing I’ve ever heard.

I seen charron in the tanner ER 2 days before that visit and he didn't seem concerned about all the details then either , but 2 days later in his office he was trying to put a cast on my right arm .

At one time 9 patients without masks were seated in the waiting room. There were no temperature checks or questions asked. Why not require all patients to wear masks?

I really like Dr. Charron, however, the amount of time he spent with me versus the amount of time I waited for the appointment was terrible. He was in the room for no more than 60 seconds before he was recommending a steroid shot.

I had shoulder surgery and I would recommend him . He has very good bedside matters.

Dr Charron was excellent with my daughter. He made us feel very comfortable and he has a great sense of humor!

Dr. Sharon is such a great dc. He just did rotator cuff surgery on me 6 weeks ago and I have done great.

The only thing I do not like about coming to Carrollton Orthopedics is the wait time when at a appointment. Lobby and rooms. At my last appointment I waited 45 minutes past my appointment time just to get called back then another hour to see the dr.

We saw David Scruggs who is AWLAYS fabulous. Wouldn’t want to see anyone else!!

I drive from LaGrange Ga wouldn’t go to any other facility!!

Dr. Charron can't be even close to on time for an appointment. This is the 2nd time I have waited in the lobby for over 40 mins and then sat another 1/2 hour after x-rays were taken for Dr. Charron. Carrollton Orthopaedic Clinic : you can do better !

He help me alots but they are some things we are still working on

First visit: came in the room for less than five minutes, said take medicine and that was it. Second visit: I waited over two hours passed my appointment time and never seen the Dr., but he talk to the nurses about dates and makeup for 45 minutes.

bedside manner is poor. He left me waiting in the room for over an hour while he was at the desk outside my room with staff laughing & looking at stuff on their phones.
