The doctor was great! But I waited 45 minutes for my appointment and watched two patients complain at the desk about the office not providing data that they said they would or do the promised follow up. I’m very nervous being a patient here. Poor first impressions. And the nurse didn’t fully know how to use the software.
Dr Patel is knowledgeable and explains clearly without wasting time. He is kind, patient and capable.
