Knowledgeable, professional, and prompt.
Dr. Shenouda was unprofessional in his approach, despite other positive reviews. He did not listen, he talked at me, he interrupted me, I found him to be rude. Worse, even though he examined my throat, he failed to see the multiple red spots on the roof and back of my throat. I called the next day to ask if these were important or not and never heard back. Gee, I hope it’s nothing that I should be worried about. You think that an ENT would notice something in your mouth and throat. So many other people found him to be wonderful, why was he not so with me? I hadn’t even said a word to him, and he was unprofessional and rude. Gee I hope he was just having a bad day and not something about me. We’ll never know.
