Dr Heady is the best truly cares about all his patients.

Dr Heady really takes the time to explain things and answers your questions. Great bed side manner and as a patient I didn’t feel like he rushed to just move on to the next patient.

He didn't give me. any diagnosis but arthritis. It hurts underneath the top of my skin and under neath to my arch.. Anyway I feel like it's not in my bones. It's more like in the nerve area.

I'm just not 100% convinced that he knows what's he's doing, or if the things he does is to actually help the patient heal, or if he just gets "cut happy".

Well I know that Dr. heady has a stellar reputation, I felt very rushed as a patient. I went in with a broken foot after going to an ER. I provided him with the x-ray disk. He came in he didn’t look at my foot he just looked at the x-ray and said it was broken and I needed to have a cast. I had to ask him which bone was broken in my foot. And then I asked if I could stay in a boot instead of a hard cast and she said it was my choice

Didn’t look at my MRI fully. MRI shows complete ligament tears and just by looking at my foot he said no

After 7 various surgeries (5 by Dr Heady) I am very thankful I am only missing a few toes. He is one of the best. Also a great staff to back the docs up.

Waited 30 minutes past my appointed time to be taken back to exami room while all the receptionists worked with one patient while everyone else listened to the entire process of that one patient!!! It could have been handled more discretely while still processing the rest of the patients. Why is our time not equally as important!!

Dr. Heady is very thorough and knows when to take a more conservative versus aggressive treatment plan based on clinical signs and exam findings. He can occasionally talk fast, but is happy to repeat things if needed.
