From my initial introductory visit where he explained the process of the operation and the variables, to the day of surgery and then the follow up after the surgery Dr. Dauterman showed complete understanding of my feelings and concerns, where he had covered all of my questions and concerns. From the initial meeting I knew that God had selected him to take care of me.

He was great when he did a procedure on me 2 years ago, but at this visit, he seemed either exhausted or angry about something. He was abrupt and unkind, even bored or disgusted. I came away with the feeling that he would not want to see me again no matter how sick I was.. This has been bothering me ever since. I'm thinking that since everyone who sees him loves him, it must be my fault.
