Was referred to Doctor by the ER. Office staff were very polite and professional. Doctor has the BEST bedside manner: kind, considerate and down to earth. The whole experience was excellent. Thank you.

My appointment was for 9:20am, short wait in waiting area and appointment was only 10 minutes late. However, after nurse check vitals and ekg, I had to wait an additional 15 minutes to see doctor. Doctor spent about 10 minutes with me. Then I had to wait another 15 minutes for the nurse to return so that I could leave. Total of 1/2 hour in waiting room is not desirable
