I see Dr Scott and audiologist (Bob) about the new earlens hearing technology. I am hearing sounds I haven’t been able to for years. I especially like the assistance they provide adapting to the technology. Thanks

Where to even begin…. Dr. Scott is 30 - 40 min late to every appointment and immediately makes it clear he hasn’t reviewed the notes or chart. Orders testing like an MRI and then weeks later tries to leave our appointment without even addressing the result! Ordered a 2nd sleep study because he wouldn’t change the pressure setting on CPAP without it, then once the study was done (I had barely slept and so he had insufficient data) suggested my data from home CPAP justified increase in pressure. So why did I need a second study done, this time in office? I’m constantly having to advocate for myself against his flawed and lazy recommendations. Was only here because it was suggested a CPAP would help me sleep on my back to heal an injury. I have no trouble sleeping on stomach other than the injury won’t heal. Breathing is fine. Now that the CPAP hasn’t accomplished back sleep he’s insistent that the only goal was to help me breathe better?! Moving the goalpost hasn’t solved the problem.

Dr. Scott is thorough and made sure he understood our child's history/records before developing a plan.

3 years ago I came in for ringing in my ears. After an MRI I was told that the ringing was caused by a schwannoma. I had a follow up MRI a few weeks ago and when going over the results I was told that the schwannoma was not the reason for the ringing. Now I still have no reason for the ringing in my ear. Hopefully another provider can help me.
