Dr Kenneth Manchon is not only one of the finest, most professional, thorough, very professional, and a wonderful human being, , but always takes the extra yard to satisfy any problems whether they’re mentally or physically related. You could not ask for a better friend or fabulous Dr that really cares so much about his patients.. The office staff follows suit.👍

Dr Manchon and all staff interacted with were courteous, professional and pleasant, with the exception of the phlebotomist Amanda. I was pleasantly surprised to be called back for my physicians appointment 15 minutes prior to established appointment time! After which and unfortunately that was not the scenario for the lab. After waiting 34 minutes to be called back to the lab, the observant front office staff realized I was still waiting and volunteered to check upon the delay. At 38 minutes I was finally called back, no greeting, no offer of apology, just a curt unfriendly interaction, lasting 3 minutes..
Worth noting there were only 3 patients in cue prior to me. 38/3=12.667 min per patient (realizing all patients will require different periods of time dependent upon order and ease of stick). Additional note, the pass thru window for urinalysis contained 3 specimens and no room for additional. Quite contrast to the remainder of the exemplary experience.
