I love Dr Gwinn I will not go to another ENT~I had seen 3 different ENT Dr’s in the past year and 1/2~each one of the Dr’s put tubes in my ears and it did nothing for me~I was getting ear infections back to back~I’m 67 yrs old it was all about Greed~ Dr Gwinn was the only one who asked me if I had acid reflux I wasn’t aware that you can get ear infections having acid reflux~he ran tests and so far so good treating me with meds for the reflux~

Dr. Gwinnett took a significant amount of time to discuss my issues and address my problems.

Everything was great. However, not getting my prescriptions the same day is extremely frustrating. If I need meds, I should be able to start them ASAP. Especially if antibiotics are needed. Otherwise, it would be 5 stars.

Great experience except for being 45 minutes late for my appointment. I guess he was running late that day. I was 15 minutes early but didn’t get in to see him until 45 minutes after my appt time

I visited with the nurse practitioner. The staff is all great. However, the wait time of 45 minute is not acceptable.

The doctor did a very good job explaining my situation. He gave me the time needed and encouraged questions. I did have to wait a long time past my appointment time

You always walk away knowing that every question you had was addressed. Sometimes I wait a little bit longer than anticipated but that’s because Doctor Gwinn will fit in emergencies as needed. I’ve had to be squeezed in myself. I’ve sent several family members and friends to the office and get the same feedback from all. Best ENT doctor and staff.

Had to 50 minutes in the exam room and when the Doctor came in, there was no mention of sorry for the delay.
