Instant trust. Dr. Douglas explain each issue and the way to fix it. Seemed very knowledgeable, up to date on cardiac care, and procedures. When he gave me the real concerning information, he could tell it affected me emotionally and held my hand with both of his hands. While I don’t need to be coddled, it was nice to have a doctor that had a great “bedside manner”

He had an emergency and was not available so I was told by the staff that I had to reschedule my appointment for August.

Dr. Douglas was a very attentive and kind. This was my first time being in their office. I had to wait 35 minutes past my appointed time. When they did finally see me there were two nurses in the room, asking me questions and taking test. I felt as though they were just herding cattle through without being treated with respect.

Very personable. He speaks to you, not at you and is every bit as friendly as his picture shows. I would recommend Dr. Douglass without reservation. He actually listens to you and answers your questions in plain english-no word salad!
