Very poor customer service with the support staff. It’s a medical environment, they need to be cheerful and not be so short tempered with patients. It’s not a friendly and warmth environment at all.

Dr. Ken D. Nguyen, M.D. was born in Vietnam and immigrated to the United States with his family at a young age. A native of Los Angeles, he grew up in the San Gabriel Valley area and attended San Gabriel High School. He graduated Cum Laude from the University of California, San Diego with a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry and cell biology. He went on to receive his Medical Degree from Boston University School of Medicine.
Dr. Nguyen then returned to Los Angeles where he completed his internship and residency in Internal Medicine at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center. He subsequently completed his specialty fellowship training in Gastroenterology at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center.
