He has formed a team of deceitful employees who exploit gullible people and do nothing for patients.
He makes some kind of unnecessary and baseless movements with the device in the patients' eyes as if it were cleaning the eyes and by turning on some red and green lights he says I cleaned your eyes, it's all a lie.
Damn you for thinking people don't know anything. Shame on you.

He completed his internship at Texas Tech, where he was a member of the AOA Honor Society. Board Certified by the American Board of Ophthalmology, Dr. Frasier is a member of the American Academy of Ophthalmology, Texas Medical Association, and the Tarrant County Medical Association.
Dr. Frasier came to Kleiman Evangelista Eye Centers after eight years of operating his own practice, Frasier Eye Care, in Lubbock, Texas.
