She was very caring about my eyes and took a lot of time with me
Great job
She didn’t talk to us she just kept looking at5he computer reading to herself. Will not use her again
She was nice and friendly. I was disappointed that she was unable to pull up previous OCT images I had from earlier this year to compare to that day’s images. She commented that she” didn’t know how” to pull them up. She needs to be trained on that because I really needed to know if something had changed since last time. I was there for sudden visual disturbances and I have a history of eye stroke. I left disappointed somewhat that my concerns weren’t totally resolved.
She was friendly informative and patience.
Very informative in explaining about my eye exam in detail no one had ever done that before. She was professional interested in my well being of my eyes.
