Top quality facility and every staff person was pleasant, very helpful, and patient. Dr. Bassion was so knowledgeable and I received the most thorough exam I have ever received. I’ve had glaucoma for 23 years so this was not my first “rodeo”. Everything and everyone was impressive. I just relocated to Ocala so I was somewhat anxious and apprehensive but after just a very short time at the clinic, my fears were gone.

Dr. Bassion was a delight to deal with. She is very professional and explains all of her findings in detail. She also answers any questions that you might have.

Without offending or misgendering anyone on purpose, I think this is the most professional group of young women that I’ve dealt with in years! Maybe ever!

Dr Bassion was professional and kind. Her demeanor is very pleasant and upbeat. She explained that I need to see a retina specialist now due to my eye conditions and lack of recovery. I had complications in one eye. The surgeon Dr Emallah, who I haven't seen but once since the surgery in February-.and for some unknown reason is unavailable. Due to my eye issues, I preferred an ophthalmologist -but my surgeon is not available to continue my care. Very disappointed in the follow through and surgery results.
