I had my first appointment with this ENT today and it was genuinely one of the best medical experiences I’ve ever had. From the moment I walked in, the staff was friendly, organized, and made the check-in process easy. The doctor took their time listening to my concerns, explaining everything clearly, and making sure I understood what was going on. They didn’t rush me, and they made me feel completely comfortable asking questions. I left the appointment feeling informed, cared for, and confident in the treatment plan. It’s such a relief to finally find a specialist who is kind, thorough, and truly cares about their patients. I highly recommend this office to anyone looking for an ENT who goes above and beyond.

Dr Quercetti went beyond expectations. I have a problem with wax buildup. This was the first time I did not have pain during the removal procedure.

She is very knowledgeable about the issues I started seeing her about. She saw something very interesting about my throat that needed further attention. I’m glad she saw it as it could have been very serious without prompt treatment. Highly recommend her.
Dr. Quercetti is the best. She takes the time to listen to your concerns, answers all of your questions and she's just a pure joy. I'm so happy she did my surgery. She really knows her stuff. She actually saved me from having to get a biopsy that I didn't want because she was able to send the tonsils she removed to pathology. I cannot thank her enough for this!
Good concentration on issues. However, she could slow down...maybe patient overload.
