In all my conversations with office staff concerning an appointment for BPPV and putting the crystals back in place NO ONE told me that the drs don’t do the procedure I have to Go to a PT Very upsetting that they knew my problem could not be handled there and made an appointment anyway

I had my first appointment with this ENT today and it was genuinely one of the best medical experiences I’ve ever had. From the moment I walked in, the staff was friendly, organized, and made the check-in process easy. The doctor took their time listening to my concerns, explaining everything clearly, and making sure I understood what was going on. They didn’t rush me, and they made me feel completely comfortable asking questions. I left the appointment feeling informed, cared for, and confident in the treatment plan. It’s such a relief to finally find a specialist who is kind, thorough, and truly cares about their patients. I highly recommend this office to anyone looking for an ENT who goes above and beyond.

Dr Quercetti went beyond expectations. I have a problem with wax buildup. This was the first time I did not have pain during the removal procedure.
