Kelli rushed through our appointment and did not listen to the concerns I had about my ears or answer many of my questions. At one point she blatantly ignored me when I asked her a question. She looked at me, blinked a few times, then continued on talking about something else. She was not very welcoming or friendly. She made me feel like I was wasting her time and that she wanted to be anywhere but there. She also did not make me feel at ease about my condition or make me feel comfortable putting my ENT health in her hands. Maybe she was having a bad day or was running behind but as a first time patient she did not leave a good impression or create a positive experience for me. I will be returning for a pre-op appointment soon with the intention of giving this provider a second chance but based off of my first visit I don’t believe I will be returning after that.
Dr. Quercetti is an Excellent Physician as well a kind and caring physician and her staff as well!!!!!!🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹
Very through with exams and testing.
Caring and she listens as well.
I wish she looked for the cause of why I had fluid on my ear
She was excellent!!! I would HIGHLY recommend her if you need your tonsils out. I am 32 years old and was terrified for this surgery. The procedure and recovery was amazing!
Dr. Q is the bomb. Her bedside is excellent. She’s super laid back, did a fabulous job on my sinus surgery. I had full confidence going into surgery and I have full confidence for the remainder of my care with her.
Great !
Very friendly and clearly an expert in her profession.
Super nice
