Fully explained findings on exam. Also explained plan. Was gentle doing exam and plan for follow-up. Would recommend.

Felt like a speed date. I have had more personalized engagement at this practice, so this was unique and I had to force a conversation to inquire about my treatment etc. I did not even get a discharge note nor recommended follow up appointment frequency or date. Don't make me come for an appointment, wait for you for several minutes and aim to wrap up my engagement in 2 mins.
