Dr. Keith D. Williams, has been my Orthopedic surgeon for over 12 years. I credited him for saving my life 10 years ago. My last visit, just like always were exceptional. I would highly recommend him over and over again. He is the best doctor that I ever had and I trust him totally.

Dr Williams came to me highly recommended by a current patient so I was expecting an MD who would listen and help. He was clearly in a big hurry. He didn’t look at my MRI before seeing me. He sent me to have more X-rays without listening to what I had to say. Way too many X-rays. I never got a chance to tell him my problems so I gave up trying. I wish he had taken a deep breath and listened to what I had to say. It was very frustrating and disappointing. My recommendation…at least take a look at all records ( and all mine are within Campbell Clinic's system) and please listen to what the patient wants.

If I could give 10 stars, I would. Dr. Williams performed a fusion on my lower back in October of 2023, 1 year later I'm completely pain free. This far exceeded my expectations. I would tell anyone if hey are having back issues, go to Dr. Williams.

We waited 2 1/2 hrs in the exam room. That is not acceptable.

Dr. Williams has “had my back” for over a decade, and his expertise has allowed me to walk without pain. Now, he and I are preparing for another battle, and I have faith that he will guide me through.

I didn’t complain of lower back discomfort. I came in with complaints of thoracic pain from a fall that occurred a few years ago. I had several broken discs and we had discussed on my last visit about surgery to repair them. That was the purpose of my visit today. I agree he wants to do more tests but I think an MRI should be have been scheduled for my thoracic fractures for any changes as that is where all my severe pain is located.

Where another clinic pushed pills on me, Dr Williams found a solution and we did surgery. The best decision ever. He also is honest and will tell you what to expect and what not to expect. He will definitely be my orthopedic doctor from here on out.

Dr Williams is very compassionate as well as highly knowledgeable. There is usually not a long wait and he is never rushed. He takes time to explain everything. Highly respected in his field.

DR. Williams is one of the most compassionate doctors I ever been to. He takes time to make sure you understand what is happening. He doesn't jump straight into surgery, he'll try a less invasive approach first. Be prepared to have to wait a few minutes he's worth it. He takes as much time as needed with each patient.
