Absolutely wonderful experience. Dr. V and his team are the best! I had been through quite a bit already and was fairly apprehensive and anxious about having another procedure. They made it very comfortable. Definitely recommend!

I was told I would have a surgery schedule date no later than 6/13 or 6/16. Here it is 6/17 and when I call in I get excuses. Poor business model.

Dr. Keith VanderGriend, a partner at Parkway General Surgeons, received his medical degree and training in 1999 at Vanderbilt University Medical Center before returning to the Bellingham area to practice. He specializes in colorectal surgical care, simple and complex hernia management or repair, gallbladder disease, colon cancer, advanced laparoscopic procedures and emergent trauma care.
As a Bellingham native, Dr. VanderGriend is very active in the community and involved in Young Life youth mentoring and Bellingham Food Bank, and participates in international mission trips that benefit from his training and background.
