He was thorough and very polite. He checked my gait and movement of the hip joint and set me up for further treatment. That’s all I expected on the initial visit.

We had an exceptional experience with Dr. Orland, his male nursing assistant, and the young man who placed my daughters cast, was absolutely incredible. He made her feel so happy and comfortable. I will say that every female that I spoke to there today was extremely unfriendly, acted like they didn’t like their job and was not very professional or very kid friendly only the three males including the doctor acted like they like their job. I did hear that there were a lot of people who called in sick today, but I will say the one young man who was applying Casts said that he was the only one there to do that but he was in a fantastic mood and treated my daughter very well and made her feel extremely comfortable so if someone who is by their self can stay positive and upbeat, they need to teach them women how to use those same skills and when I say the women, I mean from the woman who checked us in to the girl, who did our triage to the girl who checked us out, all of them, seem unhappy

Took his time and answered all questions with rationals. Gave us his professional opinions while including our child’s interests and our families needs in mind when making care decisions left us satisfied and reassured.

Dr. Keith took his time with us and answered our questions thoroughly. He was so helpful and talked us through options available to us so we could make the best choice for treatment.

Dr. Orland was very good. However my daughter’s GP messed up all the communications, so he had a very upset mother on his hands. While we didn’t get the treatment we expected, he was extremely personable and helpful.

Dr. Orland got us in quickly for my daughters hurt leg and took great care of her. He made her feel comfortable and was very thorough.
