Dr Lenchner is so exceptional. He takes time to listen and it is clear he cares. He is an excellent Dr.
Very detailed in his approach to find what I am having an allergic reaction to and he ordered bloodwork (that the previous 4 dr I have been to in 2 months never did) found I have an infection that need treatment immediately. Thank you !
He seems like a great doctor. My disappointment is that he said he would call me to discuss my test results. He did not. One of my results was surprising and hard to understand. The call I got from someone on his staff was minimally acceptable and unhelpful in some aspects.I had to figure out on my own that the doctor he apparently recommended for a follow-up would not see me without a referral from a THIRD doctor. The process could ideally have been more personal and clearer. I’m still trying to figure out my next steps because the information I got from Dr. Lenchner’s staff was misleading.
Dr. Lencher knows my daughter better then me! But he is amazing and so knowledgeable. I hope to never loose him as her Dr.
