Keith W. Kotecki, D.O. returns to Las Vegas to join Nevada Orthopedic & Spine Center after completing his training in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. He is a fellowship-trained Adult Hip and Knee Reconstructive Surgeon who specializes in primary and complex revision hip and knee arthroplasty surgeries. Dr. Kotecki has a particular focus on minimally invasive surgical techniques, robotic-assisted joint replacement, and partial knee replacement. His expertise includes the muscle-sparing direct anterior hip replacement, bikini incision anterior hip replacement, outpatient joint replacement, revision surgery, as well as unicompartmental and total knee replacement. Dr. Kotecki utilizes the most current techniques in joint replacement by adopting the rapid recovery protocol and uses cutting edge pain management techniques allowing patients to recover from surgery without using intravenous narcotics. Dr. Kotecki graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of San Diego in 2009. He then had a 5-year career as a Mechanical Engineer in San Diego before attending medical school. He received his Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine Degree in 2018 from Touro University in Henderson, Nevada. Dr. Kotecki completed his Orthopedic Surgical Residency at Valley Hospital Medical Center in Las Vegas, NV.
