While he was very sympathetic to my pain and problems I did not receive an examination $60 is a lot to pay for a chat. He did however change my medication dose and recommended a cortisone shot in each knee

He and his surgery team are the best at what they do. He listen to my concern even when they are stupid. He does his due diligence even after surgery, even a year later to make sure that everything is still good. If I ever need to get another surgery, I will go back to him in a heart beat. Rest assure, you will be in great hands with him. Thank you for a great experience.

Keith W. Kotecki, D.O. returns to Las Vegas to join Nevada Orthopedic & Spine Center after completing his training in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. He is a fellowship-trained Adult Hip and Knee Reconstructive Surgeon who specializes in primary and complex revision hip and knee arthroplasty surgeries. Dr. Kotecki has a particular focus on minimally invasive surgical techniques, robotic-assisted joint replacement, and partial knee replacement. His expertise includes the muscle-sparing direct anterior hip replacement, bikini incision anterior hip replacement, outpatient joint replacement, revision surgery, as well as unicompartmental and total knee replacement. Dr. Kotecki utilizes the most current techniques in joint replacement by adopting the rapid recovery protocol and uses cutting edge pain management techniques allowing patients to recover from surgery without using intravenous narcotics. Dr. Kotecki graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of San Diego in 2009. He then had a 5-year career as a Mechanical Engineer in San Diego before attending medical school. He received his Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine Degree in 2018 from Touro University in Henderson, Nevada.
