Dr Jarbo were caring and concerned, friendly while maintaining professional and efficient standards of service. I was so very thankful for the excellent care my son received while in Dr Jarbo’s care. The one thing that stands out with Dr Jarbo , is that he take the time to know his patients and then tailor's his care to efficiently help his patients to a speedy recovery.

Dr. Jarbo seems sharp and capable, but appointments can be rushed and I'm not sure I got what I needed.

Introduced his assistant (Sonia?) as his chaperone, which did not inspire trust or confidence. Unclear if it was a joke or not? Came across very dismissive. Didn’t offer guidance, when I asked for clarification about what I can and can’t do with my injury he was snarky and said “you can do the things I just said and can’t do the things that aren’t those things.” Not exactly helpful. He seemed in a rush to leave the room and didn’t take my concerns seriously. I asked the assistant a question that came up after he hurried out the door, and she was really polite but couldn’t answer so she grabbed him and he was flippant / dismissive in his response. Did not feel heard, did not feel like I came out with any better answers than I came in with.

Wow, I was very impressed with Dr. Jarbo and the staff, the facility was nice and clean. They did x-rays in house which saved gas and time.

I found Dr. Jarbo a bit stand offish. The staff gets 1 star. They inserted the wrong pharmacy, then I couldn't get a hold of anyone to correct it. After 2 days I had to take an hour and a half of my day to drive down to OrthoArizona and get a paper copy of my script and then have to make up that time. I do work so it seems it doesn't matter to them that it would be an inconvenience to me and my employer. Let alone my health.

Dr. Keith Jarbo made me feel positive about healing me back to my normal routine activities in a reasonable amount of time.. He was kind and had excellent bed side manners. Thank you Dr. Keith for making me believe you can fix me back to normal again

This is more directed at the entire Arizona Orthopedics practice. As a retired physician, these days the only advice I hear out of a doctors’s mouth is if that mouth is masked. Nobody in the entire office, both front and back, were masked. We are still in a pandemic and even if an orthopedic practice doesn’t expect to see patients with Covid, there are still asymptomatic people who might spread it. At the very least, they should be setting an example by masking and socially distancing in their waiting room.

Don't call us, we'll call you. They don't call. They don't answer the phone. They play the scam game on the phone by using different numbers. They don't want you. They don't care.

Easy to understand.

We didn’t find anything but he made me feel that I was important. He made me feel he believed in me.

Dr. Jarbo was very busy but I did not feel rushed. He did a thorough exam and explained options and treatment.

Seemed to care while I talked, but then dismissed everything I said and all the problems were just arthritis. Ordered some PT, gave Rx for weak med, and suggested some injections I already told him hadn't worked. Very frustrating. Not sure I'll go back to him.

I didn’t even see him, he sent in his very nice and professional PA. Until this photo I didn’t even know what he looked like…when I was exiting the room. He stepped out from some hallway to tell me how my x-rays looked…I had no idea who he was ir why he was saying anything to me…I had an Inkling it was him but he didn’t introduce himself…let the PA completely handle my appointment and also gave me my cortisone injection…I’ve been going to OrthoArizona for many years, when you make an appt with the dr you see the Dr, when they are too busy and you need to be seen, you see their PA and you know that is who your appt is with…but not this time…so, yeah, can’t really rate a dr who I didn’t see

First time visit with Dr Jarbo and it was great!! Him and his staff are Fantastic nice and polite.

Dr. Jarbo was extremely personable and he was easy to talk to. He took the time to explain everything about my shoulder thoroughly as to why I was having pain and what could be done to relieve it. Thankfully no surgery was needed! I would refer new patients to him without any hesitation!

Great at explaining the issues

Dr Jarbo did a fantastic job repairing my son’s ACL. One year after surgery, my son is ready to start playing basketball again. Dr Jarbo is very knowledgeable, has a great bed side manner.

I really like Dr Jarbo, but I did have to wait more than an hour after my appointment time to be seen. The nurse was nice too.

Explained things so that I understood.
