Extremely knowledgeable but unfortunately he's too busy to slow down and help me understand or explain my issues. He was late to the appointment and bulldozed our conversation to what I felt was to get me out the door faster. I just wish my 10min of xrays and 50 minutes of waiting in the patient room would have at least earned my a through conversation.

Would have been 5 stars as I normally do but waited a hour and a half after my scheduled time. And only took at the most 5 minutes to do what he needed to do. I know they are busy but my time is valuable too.

I really was impressed with dr Baumgarten very knowledgeable and professional

absolutely loved how he took the time to answer our questions on my 13-year-old daughter. He was super friendly and helped my daughter feel at ease and on the spot she asked if he could drain the fluid out of her knee and he came back in and said yes. we can do that.. He walked her through it and was done in 2 minutes. And she was super pumped because she said when she got up to walk her knee had felt way better and wasn't squishy anymore.

O I is the BEST as is Dr. Baumgarten!

Dr. Baumgarten did a wonderful surgery on my replacement shoulder. The doctor is also very friendly and explains the situation very well.

I only got to see his PA who treated me horribly. X-rays were taken that day which confirmed left knee was bone on bone and he acknowledged that BUT he insisted the pain was from somewhere else and knee replacement surgery was out of the question. I tried to explain to him I needed the surgery done this year as I have paid out the maximum on my insurance for the year. He didn't seem to listen to what I asked or stated. He insisted on giving the cortisone shots even though my Dr had said you have to wait 3 months after the shots for surgery BUT the PA insisted that Dr Baumgarten only required 2 months between shots and surgery. He gave the shots in each knee but raised his voice when I bled out a bit... you should have told me you were a bleeder are you on blood thinners or what... When he left the room I was hoping to see the Dr but the nurse came in to show me out...the Dr is busy seeing patients... Here I thought I was a patient. Had been assigned Dr Adler don't know what happened

Dr checked my shoulder me and said he would have done a cordizone injection instead of an MRI to let my shoulder tendon and muscles rest. Do some at home PT. Ck in in 6 weeks for progress.
