Dr. Segalman has repaired a fractured, dislocated and torn rotator cuff on my right shoulder and it has healed perfectly. Now it appears I may have a problem with my right wrist and I wouldn’t trust anyone else to take care of it. If you must choose between bedside manner or skill, obviously skill is the priority, but Dr. Segalman has both skill and a wonderful rapport with his patients. I have been extremely fortunate with the medical care I have in Baltimore and Dr. Segalman is at the top of the list. I would recommend him to anyone having difficulty with a shoulder, and who places a high value on empathy and a good relationship with their medical provider.

Dr. Segalman was straightforward, explained what was going on and what is needed. When I thanked him, he humbly said “I’m here to help.” I went to the doctor twice beforeat a different practice prior to going to Dr. Segalman and did not have any answers. I left his officefeeling very reassured that I was in good hands.
