Received an injection for trigger finger again. Not pleasant but necessary. He explained the situation for possible surgery also. Everyone was on time.
I was a new patient. Doctor exhibited empathy. He was patient with a layman’s questions & gave understandable answers. Doctor had strong depth of knowledge about my condition. One was comfortable in his presence. Backed up his diagnosis with appropriate tests. One was confident that his recommendations were correct. His team was friendly, always introduced themselves and one always knew what their role was.
