Dr. Keegan A. Harkins, M.D., is a board-certified Ophthalmologist specializing in retina-vitreous disease & surgery, cataract surgery.
Dr. Harkins, a Scottsbluff native, grew up around medicine. Dr. Harkins joined Oregon Trail Eye Center in 2019. He is a graduate of the Nebraska College of Medicine. He completed his residency training in Ophthalmology at the University of Nebraska. He earned his Fellowship in Vitreoretinal Surgery at Wake Forest Baptist Medical Center, NC.
When Dr. Harkins is not in the office, he enjoys spending time with his wife and six (6) children hiking and camping.
Currently, Dr. Harkins sees patients at our home clinic and does surgeries in Scottsbluff, Nebraska. He travels to see patients at Valentine, Ogallala, and Grant, Nebraska. He also travels to see patients and perform surgery in Douglas, Wyoming.
