Hard to communicate with. Wanted to ask a few questions but he seemed in a hurry to leave. He said I refused to take off my back brace. I was trying to protect several collapsed vertebrae in my back. All the Dr. had to do was tell me he was going to check my back and ask me to take the brace off. I would have done as he asked. After he left I asked his assistant about his checking my back and she told me the info he had was enough and testing my back wasn't needed, so it seems my brace didn't really need to come off after all.

Was disappointed that he was not able to determine why nerves in the hip area were firing up when standing or walking but at same time glad he figured out why feet and left leg were numb... now can proceed with a fox for this.... hopefully..

I'm sure Dr. Chang is very knowledgeable but he isn't extremely personable. I did not feel totally at ease with the Very procedure.

I called about two weeks ago and left a message. It took a full week for his scheduler to return my call.In spite of the fact I told her my insurance is with Avera they scheduled me for an appointment at your facility for an epidural. Which is what my previous Dr ordered. I unfortunately was exposed to Covid. I contacted the office and was told that if l was without symptoms and wore a mask I was welcome. 25 minutes before my appointment there was an effort to reschedule. I was 60 miles from home and declined to reschedule if possible. I then had to purchase and take a Covid test to prove I was negative. When I got into the treatment room I was I refused treatment. The reason being based on my insurance coverage. I am now sitting here in great pain for another two weeks waiting for the treatment I requested tree weeks ago. I am not upset with the practice as a whole just one Dr and his “scheduler”.

He helped me tremendously with my neck and shoulder pain.

Did not seem very interested in my problems. Didn't ask if I had any questions. Just a quick review of my x-rays and out! Wish I would have had time to ask before he darted out.
