From the moment I walked in, I was greeted warmly by the staff. The waiting area was comfortable and clean, creating a relaxing atmosphere. My appointment with Nervick was prompt, and took the time to listen to my concerns and answer all of my questions thoroughly. Her expertise and professionalism were evident throughout the examination.

Did not seem to care that I can barely see. Told me if I was worried about it I should go to the emergency room.

Kayla was the best and most friendly eye doctor I’ve ever seen. She was very thorough with her exam and took the time to explain everything.

I said I had double vision at the last appt. In June. I feel the need for prism could have been pinpointed then. There is a tendency not to read the screeners typed comments made during the intake. And there is a problem with listening without interrupting. As regards the optician…last time she was stiff, judgmental and rushed my frame selection. I really was not ready to choose these. This time she tried to listen and respond more. Still not very warm and fuzzy though.
