Never been humiliated before in my life by a doctor I felt like I was being accused of taking more medicine than I was supposed to like I was a drug addict, which I am not. She refused to prescribe me my medicine. She ended up being at fault for not counting out the pills correctly for the time of my between my prescriptions. I wouldn’t want to take my dog to her if I had one I told her I would never come to her again. She really told me she would never see me as a patient again which is fine. She’s not my primary doctor anyhow I hope she doesn’t treat other patients like she did me and again I have never been so humiliated by a doctor that way I don’t need any more stress in my life Stress affects my myasthenia gravis. Let’s just say I really had a bad afternoon this morning not feeling great either because of the stress she put me under. Thank you for listening to my comments.

Well let's start with I signed in at 3:45. For a 4:00 appointment. She never showed for the appointment and at 4:20 I called and an attendant told me that she said she was with and her last patient would join the visit after that. At 4:40 I called again and was on the phone until 4:55 with an agent who finally come back and said that they said they tried to connect to the visit but couldn't. 5:00 came closing time I was still on that phone to almost 10 after 5:00. Because the agent said sometimes they take calls after 5:00. So I was on the phone over an hour after my appointment time was supposed to be. And for the record it shows me on my end when somebody's trying to connect and it fails and they're retrying. It does show me and nobody ever tried to connect to my call

I would NEVER RECOMMEND anyone to see this Dr.!!!!! The staff was wonderful, but this Dr. should NOT be seeing patients. She does not not listen to the patient, wants to change patients medication without doing any lab tests, has a very bad attitude towards patient. This was my first time at this office. She walked into the exam room and didn’t introduce herself, just put her laptop down and started typing. I told her I needed refills on my meds and she did send them in, but she listed the WRONG high blood pressure medication.

Not personal and was rushed.

I feel like she’s one of the best Dr. there. She very detailed in her work. Blanco dot all her eyes and cross all her Tee’s. All my Questions & Contains, she does address. Thank you

Very quick and easy

Dr. Blanco was not very friendly and not a good match for me.

She is very thorough and is very personable and friendly.

I would like to go back to Dr. D as he was originally my doctor.
