This person should practice more empathy and listen better to patients before making judgments. Listening properly will allow them to offer better service.

The only thing we have something to concern with is, this is the second time I believe that Dr. Blanco needs to make sure my husband gets his pain medication. She needs a diagnosis on there acute pain. They will not fill it without that diagnosis on there which we discussed in person yesterday being yesterday being Thursday? My husband just went through surgery last week and went through an amputation of his toe very much sewing pain needing this resolved. Walmart Bushnell.

We want a doctor that listens to us.
This is definitely not her!!!
The staff refused to send us to quest for blood work.(as per our insurance company’s request) they insisted on us getting it done in their office.
The waiting room is very dated with a cloth sofa.
