Was a televisit and was on hold 1 hour and 15 minutes, unacceptable. When I asked her assistance if she could call me back she said no.

Bedside manner was poor. She made me feel like I annoyed her. She did not ask questions to fully understand my health concerns.
Overall she made me feel very uncomfortable.

She was very rude and demeaning, DO NOT SEE HER . If you have a chronic illness or need compassion steer clear from this doctor she hasn’t got a nice bone in her body. She acts like she’s better than everyone else and knows it all. She needs mental help and bed side manner classes. She needs to understand being a doctor is to help people not to be the 13th reason. Get help Kattia blanco you definitely need self reflection and Jesus. Would give one star but two stars are hard to remove .

Blanco prescribed an antibiotic that Wal-Mart pharmacy has never heard of a 600mg dosage and had to order it and won’t be available until Monday (4 days). I’m ill with bronchitis and Walmart sent Clark Clinic a message regarding this script and no one answered Walmart so I now have to suffer through 4 more days of illness before I can start my journey to healing. I’m very disappointed and feel like I need help so I may have to visit a walk in clinic to get the help I need.
