I came for an injection, waited a half hour without a word. Docs are late, it's fine it happens. Then when she was ready for me not a word or hello, no talk about why I was there, how it works, after care instructions, nothing. She ushered me into the other room and did the injection in under 60 seconds. A little hello and kindness goes a long way when patients are nervous for an injection. This experience was sadly unpleasant.
