I waited over an hour and a half past my appointment time only to be told I needed to see a tumor orthopedic specialist, something that could have been communicated days earlier when the nurse called to tell me nothing was broken or torn. That simple conversation could have saved me the time, pain, and cost of the follow up appointment. The provider briefly reviewed my MRI but didn’t address several important findings, including the excessive fluid buildup around my soft tissue tumor. When she asked me to wiggle my toes, I explained that I could only move my big toe and that trying to move the others caused painful cramping. She just looked confused and reminded me that nothing was broken. I left feeling dismissed and unheard after waiting nearly two hours in pain, only to be told she couldn’t help me. Better communication and a more thorough review of my MRI would have made a big difference.
She doesn't communicate sufficiently. I felt she was in rush. Just canceled my follow-up appointment and needed a second opinion.
Very nice she listen to my concerns and was very helpful and understanding to my needs I really appreciated her services and looking forward to returning
I would give a zero if possible. After waiting almost 40 minutes to be seen. I was talked down to and felt as if the care was subpar. Terrible bedside manner.
I don't think she cared about me and well-being, still having issues. Didn't fill out work papers properly.. and listen to me and my concerns. I could go on..
The next block asks me if all my queetions or concerns were addressed. I didn't get a chance to ask them. All of the staff was nice enough but the doctor was obviously "over-booked". That is not my fault nor my problem. The doctor told me I didn't need surgery and to comeback in 8 weeks. She was with me for about 3 minutes. I hope the Physician's Assistant has a better approach/manner.
Knowledgeable and good at explaining things.
Already 25min late at a 9:20 am appointment. We were told it would be a 15-20 min visit and timed it specifically around high levels honors course in the school day and then were seen almost 30 min past the appointment time. Very rude to me as a parent. Very rude to the teenage patient, telling her she was old enough to understand but then not listening to her questions and interrupting her repeatedly. False statements on after visit notes about time spent with patient, education materials given out, and did not discuss/review imaging from previous appointment. Very derogatory to the qualifications and ability of the OAL urgent care provider we saw on 8/31 and very derogatory of the school athletic trainer's ability to manage return to play. Will not return to this provider and probably will not return to this practice. Absolutely awful patient care.
The best
Amazing Doctor. Extremely patient, kind, and understandable.
