It was really great to meet Dr. Ray. What a personality is she.. extremely caring. Very helpful..will listen to everything very seriously, take good time to understand the patient concerns and then explain the problem, possible treatment, complete process and risks and possible complications.. never had a second of feeling that she is rushing through the appointment. The appointment survey was very detailed. Actually we never had such a great experience with any healthcare provider before. Kudos to her and her team.
I think she’s great. I just feel like 30 minutes is nowhere near enough time to do a telehealth for our visit so that’s why I’m glad next time is one hour. I always need an hour. But she’s great!!!
