Very friendly and helpful
Dr. Katherine Ternent was on call at Bryan West ER when I slipped on ice sustaining a trimalleolar ankle fracture on my way to a Thanksgiving dinner. She immediately relieved my anxiety with her kind, compassionate personality and professional competence, explaining the injury and treatment plan, providing adequate pain control during the multiple step corrections for the displaced foot. During this procedure she called on the help of Josh, the APRN who was working with me. One could note the collegial respect between these two who worked seamlessly together to reduce and splint my injury. During my office follow-up Dr. T. showed the radiologic films, explained the sites of injury and her plan to correct and stabilize the foot. She answered questions with patience and concern. I feel fortunate that she will be my surgeon.
She was great! Listened to our concerns and needs and gave us our options accordingly.
Professional environment, knowledgeable staff, courteous and friendly. Thank you.
