It was very devastating today due to not being able to have knee replacement. Sat in the pre-op office for over a 1 1/2 hours waiting on forms from PC office then Latashsa sent them over and nothing was said about my A1C. I sent dr. Embry and asked about my A1C and then an appointment was made with her office. She stated that with my A1C was high enough that I could get an infection or much worse. She stated she could loose her License if she approved the surgery. Everyone was ready to go until I sent the email to dr embry and then she wanted to see me. She called my medication to my pharmacy and sent several different doses and they did not know what to fill. It’s all so surreal.

Very patient, thorough and kind. She did a great job building rapport with my teenage daughter and listened very carefully and was helpful in her care.

Too busy using her tablet to listen to patient. Never checks diabetic patients blood sugar level on routine visits. Only checks A1C semiannually or yearly. Patients always have to weigh in and are billed for weight control counseling but patients weght is never discussed with patient. This routine billing process is a false and deceptive process.

Dr. Embry is very attentive and listens to your issues while working with you to find a solution. She has been my primary care doctor for several years now.

I had an appointment and it took 3 hours to be seen. There was several jabs about the long wait times among patients in the waiting room. They were not lying!

Listens to what you say (even when you ramble). Thoughtfully reviews her notes and then takes action to make sure prescriptions are called in before you leave.

No drs are as concerned as they use to be.
