I was basically told that my best and/or only option was to pay $1,000 for out of pocket platlet rich plasma treatment for my damaged ankle. No assurance of a successful outcome. Shoe inserts were offered for about $40.00 that couldn't be used because of swollen feet. I mentioned having severe back pain. She said we would discuss later in visit but she never returned. I came in good faith for advice and treatment but left the office confused and unsure of what to do next! I still do not understand what treatment options are available that are covered by my insurance.

Dr. Barttush is spot on. I chose to have her do my surgery instead of having it done at home in North Carolina. She has my complete trust.

I came in with a broken ankle and no one was willing to help me with time off. Now I have to go to work with a broken ankle. The worst part is I can’t wear a boot at work so I’ll have to throw on a shoe and walk like nothing happened.

I really liked her treatment approach; she starts with the simplest treatment and progresses through the steps. She is patient in explaining things and takes the time to ensure everything is understood.
