Dr. Katelyn Lucas is a Brownsburg native and graduated with a B.S. in Chemistry from Purdue University. She then attended the Illinois College of Optometry where she received her Doctorate of Optometry. After graduation, she finished her post-doctoral primary care residency with an ocular disease emphasis at the Indiana University School of Optometry Indianapolis Eye Care Center. She earned the designation of Fellowship in the American Academy of Optometry.
Dr. Lucas joined the Price Vision Group team in 2018. Her services include pre- and post-operative care for cornea, cataract, and glaucoma surgeries.
Dr. Lucas was very nice even after having a stressful day. She proceeded to listen to my concerns and then checked my eyes. She said things generally looked as expected but when I explained what I felt, she looked again. She found an eyelash under my left eye lid and removed it. She suggested some follow up care to be completed by me and wished me well.

Always explains everything and is very patient
Dr. Lucas is very professional, discerning in her questions and informative in her answers. She is a careful listener and explains thoroughly. My condition requires multiple visits per year, and I especially like it that she always looks ahead and explains the purpose of the next visit and what tests it might entail.
