I recently had surgery to remove the cataracts in my left eye. It was the best experience I have had while undergoing eye surgery. The follow up visit I had today was a very positive experience and again I felt I was in the best care possible. Dr. Katelyn Lucas is a Brownsburg native and graduated with a B.S. in Chemistry from Purdue University. She then attended the Illinois College of Optometry where she received her Doctorate of Optometry. After graduation, she finished her post-doctoral primary care residency with an ocular disease emphasis at the Indiana University School of Optometry Indianapolis Eye Care Center.
