Professional, polite, good listener and knowledgeable. Kate talked through the side effects of medication I was taking and offered alternatives and suggestions for avoiding side effects. Kate suggested a respite from the medication before starting an alternative medication.
I appreciated her openness and expressions of concern. A great asset to CCA in my opinion.
