Dr. Kassandra Fair, D.O., FACOG, is a board-certified Obstetrician and Gynecologist dedicated to delivering compassionate, evidence-based care tailored to each patient's unique needs. Originally from Colorado, Dr. Fair earned her medical degree from the Arizona College of Osteopathic Medicine at Midwestern University and completed her OB-GYN residency at Oklahoma State University in Tulsa. With a special interest in active lifestyles during pregnancy, postpartum recovery, and gynecologic surgery, Dr. Fair focuses on empowering women and building lasting patient relationships. She is thrilled to return to Arizona to serve the East Valley community.

Dr Fair is fantastic! Being seeing her for a few years and just recently also has her at the hospital during our delivery. She is calm, positive and knowledgeable!! I appreciate how she communicates and explains events and procedures. I would recommend her to everyone!

Dr. Kassandra Fair, D.O., FACOG is a board-certified Obstetrician and Gynecologist dedicated to providing compassionate, patient-centered care for women throughout every stage of life. She believes every woman deserves to feel heard, understood, and empowered when making decisions about her healthcare.

Originally from Colorado, Dr. Fair moved to Arizona to attend Arizona State University, where her passion for medicine began. She started her healthcare career as a medical scribe in the emergency department before transitioning to an OB/GYN practice. It was there that she discovered her calling in women's health and developed a deep commitment to caring for women through all phases of life.

Dr. Fair earned her medical degree from the Arizona College of Osteopathic Medicine at Midwestern University and completed her Obstetrics and Gynecology residency at Oklahoma State University in Tulsa. She achieved board certification in Obstetrics and Gynecology in 2026 and is committed to providing evidence-based, individualized care tailored to each patient's unique needs and goals.

She is passionate about the connection between mind, body, and spirit and believes all three play an important role in overall health and wellness. Dr. Fair has a special interest in helping women maintain active, healthy lifestyles during pregnancy, navigate postpartum recovery, and achieve long-term wellness. She also enjoys performing gynecologic procedures and surgical treatments that improve quality of life and reproductive health.

After meeting her husband during residency and starting their life together in Oklahoma, Dr. Fair returned to Arizona to serve the community she loves. She is honored to care for women throughout the East Valley and values building lasting relationships with her patients.

Outside of the office, Dr. Fair enjoys exercising, watching sports, solving puzzles, exploring new restaurants, and spending time by the pool. She and her husband share their home with two cats, Cooper and Oakley, and their golden retriever, Thad.
