He listened. He actually listened to me and did t dismiss what was going on with both my elbow and my history when other specialists have literally told me they didn’t have time to hear it all (even when it pertains to what is being treated.) He was calming and sincere and I appreciated his time.

He understood my issue and gave me choices of treatment and answered all my questions.

Dr. Carr did a great job at explaining what was wrong with my hand and surgery to fix it.

Dr Carr is awesome! He puts you at ease while explaining what he thinks is wrong and discusses what treatments might be necessary. He also saw me 2 hours early and thanked me for arriving early rather than 2 hours late. I love his sense of humor as well as his professionalism.

I found Dr Carr very pleasant and professional. I came in with a very painful trigger finger. I was very happy that he gave me the option of an injection or surgery. He told me that women have a 50-60% success rate with injections. I went with the intention an am glad to say it seems to be working.

Friendly and knowledgeable

His speech and direction was, just like the surgeon in 2021 that did my rotary - cuff surgery, was Hurried and completely "Uncaring" about my real concerns,..and,..he talked so fast that I could hardly make out what the Hell he was saying!!! This confirms my personal belief ( because I worked for many companies where you worked on commission ) that you are just concerned with whatever patient or condition or even, the best "treatment" that will give you "personally" the best amount of profit!!!

I liked him and his ideas for treatment. I just thought he talked really fast and was too much in a hurry. He apologized for making me wait.

I had an accident involving a very bad cut on the inside of my wrist while on vacation in Northern Arizona. When I got back to the valley I saw Dr Carr and to my surprise I was told I needed surgery to repair the damage I had inflicted upon my tendon. I had a cut tendon, which of course is as scary as it sounds, but Dr Carr made me extremely comfortable throughout the whole process. It was my first surgery and I am glad I received treatment from his office because I’ve received A++ care from him and all his staff from day one. My wrist/tendon will also be healed back to its former glory with full function and I have a pretty awesome scar to go along with it, although Dr Carr even advised me on how to rid myself of the scar!! Think I’ll keep it though. :P Thanks Dr Carr & Staff!
