Arrived at my appointment early and waited over thirty minutes after appointment time and asked if he was there and told that he was. I was brought to a room and was told he would be in soon. Waited twenty minutes and he didn’t come. Went to the front desk and told them I was leaving and wanted a refund. Shouldn’t have to wait an extra forty five minutes after appointment time and still be waiting.
