He knew what he was doing, but post operative care was not what I expected. I was not even seen by the doctor at my 4 week check. This was unexpected until the PA came in and told me this. At my 6 week check, I had X-rays, was seen by a nurse, and then, 45 minutes after my appointment time, I went into the hallway to ask if the doctor was going to be with me soon. The doctor came in about 3 minutes later, echoed what I had already been told by the nurse, and that was all.

Very thorough. Spoke to me about the two options I had and explained how both of them “worked” to fix the issue in my foot. A bonus: He is very personable and easy to talk to.

Excellent surgeon with a great bedside manner. Took his time with me and explained everything very well. I felt like I understood what to expect before and after the operation. He even apologized for running a little behind!

After meeting with Dr. Henrikson I felt it was a wast of my time and his. He was more interested in my symptoms than the cause of my complaint and gave me a prescription for a gel that is a treatment for arthritis. This after looking at my X RAY and stating that I had no arthritis.
In the warning on the package it states the contents of the gel may cause sever bleeding if you are over 60 (which I am), take blood thinning drugs (which I do) and may cause a Heart Attack and Stroke (God Forbid)
I will never see Dr. Henrikson again.
