I LOVE Dr Simon but the coordination with office is terrible!!! I never got a link to the telehealth! I waited for 35 minutes! I called the office and was told “they were out for lunch!!! I can’t imagine what it will be like to get appt for procedure! I’ll leave the practice if I have any problems ! I will hate leaving Dr Simon!

ER doctors told me to set up a colonoscopy on an urgent basis. Dr. Simon was booked until October and after much urging, and after having to deal with this for three weeks I finally got a telehealth appt for 8 am one morning and had my colonoscopy with her associate, Dr. Condon last Friday. I am now awaiting results of that procedure and praying I will not have to go through such a distressing wait should I need further treatment. Thank you.
