I normally have a great experience when I see Dr. Olarte but this last visit was not good at all. I’m not sure if she was having a bad day but I sure got the brunt of it. I was very disappointed because there was a lack of empathy on her part. I had explained the intense pain I had been having for the past 3 days and it was quickly dismissed. I even had to wait till the end of the business day to have a prescription sent to the pharmacy and that’s only because I called the office to see if they were going send in the prescription, mind you I saw her right before noon. I’m not sure what to think of this visit other than disappointed.

My appointment was at 11:20 fidget seen til 12:15. Then almost waited another 1 hour afterwards to get lab work done and I probably would of waited longer if I didn’t ask what’s taking long. Anyhow lab tech was at lunch so in other words I would of wasted more time just waiting for tech to come back which I think someone should of told me earlier tech wasn’t available. This isn’t ok for anyone to be just waiting with no word from anyone. This really upset me. So I think something needs to be done about this. Also my husband had an appointment at 1:00 and I had to rush to get him there on time.
