Dr Lapesarde was great. However I didn’t appreciate being scheduled at 8:00 when the doctor wasn’t expected to be in the office until nine. The doctor didn’t arrive until almost 10:00. Which meant after a long wait in the waiting room. I also had to sit for another 30 minutes undressed from the waist down. Which was very uncomfortable. I understand coming in before the doctor to save time. But two hours is excessive

Rude and short. Zero compassion. Felt uncomfortable. Showed no interest in being there and wanting to help. Insensitive, unsympathetic. I hope to not be seen by her again.

Doesn’t listen to you at all. Was fully naked left the door wide open with the curtains open as well, any one walking by can see me. I tried to explain my situation and feelings she didn’t care, act like I was perfect fine when I’m not

I was very happy with my visit, she answered all my questions and informed me on other things we had talked about.
I am very happy and satisfied with Dr. Karen Lapezarde.

This doctor kept talking over. I’ve seen mostly all the doctors at arbor and they all seem like they are in a rush. They walk out of the door without asking if i have other questions. Today’s visit I had multiple concerns, but she walked out the door before I could say anything. They do not care about their patients at this site.
