This provider is horrible. Extremely condescending and rude. I’m failing to understand how someone with so many AWFUL reviews is able to keep her job here. She saw my vitals and jumped to assumptions instead of asking questions.

Dr. Lapesarde was attentive to my pregnancy and my gestational diabetes. She was really caring and always made me feel that myself and my baby were in good hands .

Is was my daughter’s doctor appointment it was a horrible, horrible experience . The doctor was extremely rude to my child who is a minor and trying to to speak to the doctor to tell her what was going on on with her body regarding her pain and the instructions her specialist gave her I’m not sure if she was having a bad day ready to go home but she made my day so uncomfortable I had to hang up. She would not even listen to what we were saying her other doctor told us to do. Children sho be treated with care leave ur personal issues at home. She is just a child seeking answers

I felt really disappointed, I felt like she didn't matter about my health problem, she just said what I knew, anything new, poor information provided, she just was supposing about my personal life and arguing with the assistant, she thought that I wasn't understanding I felt really uncomfortable about that, she was just interested on how I was going to pay her service. The other people working there were very nice I don't have any complaints about them.

I do not recommend this provider at all. This was one of the worst healthcare experiences I have ever had. I wasn’t even able to fully address my concerns because I was constantly interrupted before I could finish speaking. It felt like I wasn’t being given the opportunity to explain my symptoms or ask my questions. The provider was rude, dismissive, and showed very little compassion or interest in what I had to say. I did not receive the thorough evaluation I was expecting. I left the appointment feeling unheard, frustrated, and without confidence that my concerns had been taken seriously. Every patient deserves to be listened to with respect, and unfortunately, that was not my experience. I requested not be seen by this provider ever again for future appointments. Very disappointed.
