Excellent care. Three reasons among many: The doctor listens to the patient, sends notes summarizing the visit, and recently added a care team to monitor patients by phone between in-person contact.

Since he is an experienced urologist, I was hoping Dr. Dardashti would be able to diagnosis my condition without having to perform a painful skin biopsy from my genitalia, which was in pain for nearly a month after my first appointment. The front office and surgery scheduler are below expectations also.

He sent my brother home that is special needs without making sure he could urinate on his own. He had a catheter on for a month taking medication to help shrink his prostate. The doctor was supposed to make sure he could urinate before sending him home. He said because it was later in the day he couldn’t wait to make sure he could urinate. They should have thought about the time they set the appointment knowing what it was for. He told us we will have to take my brother to the ER if he can’t urinate. This will be the 5th time going to ER, not cool. I don’t have time to keep running to the ER every time. This is the doctor’s job to make sure things are right. I take care of my dad and my special needs brother, plus I work full time. I am so disappointed with this last appointment. All the other appointments were really good. The doctor and nurse were really good with my brother. He was very nervous but they explained the procedure to my brother and he was fine.

He has been taking care of my urological issues for many years. It began with an acute, and recurring, urinary infection that was non-responsive to the treatment prescribed by another physician. Dr. Dardashti referred me for a consult with an infectious disease specialist who suggested an intervention that worked. I have been disease free all these years later because of Dr. Dr's care. And, he's a really nice man in top of it!⁹
