I did not see my regular doctor, Dr, Koo.
Dr. Dardashti saw me. He was cordial
and thorough. But it was over a half hour when I was finally seen.

Felt very rushed by the staff and the doctor. I was told to pick up a prescription at my pharmacy only to be told by the pharmacist that I need to wait for approval from my insurance company. I then called back the Urologist’s who told me to check with my insurance company. Not very helpful.
I really am both one to be picky but I thought that since you sent a survey you might appreciate some constructive criticism. Thanks.
