Kambiz requested a x ray to be done and after getting the x ray he didn’t even show me my x ray on the computer or anything. He didn’t even tell me my x ray results. He walked in and looked upset because his staff that took the x ray was arguing with me. Unacceptable. This guy has serious attitude problem no hello how are you? So cold just because his X-ray assistant had an arguement with me over my rights to wear a protective garment for radiation. Worst of the worst. I will be following up with the manager of this place regarding his behavior and his X-ray assistant behavior. I even told him and his assistant 3 times that I took mri last month and he said Kano it’s from 2 years ago but then realized it was last month at the end of my visit and says oh wait a minute let me check and walks out the room. Unbelievable. He doesn’t speak good English either so communication was hard this guy. If I can give 0 stars I would. Horrible! Only good was the front desk check in that’s it!!

Dr. Behzadi kept us waiting for 40 minutes and when I stated we were frustrated he decided to lecture me on how one should expect emergencies at a doctors office. Despite the goal of this final visit for him to help my daughter come up with exercises for on going therapy, he asked the same basic questions--what sports, swim strokes, etc.--that he asked in the other two appointment--it seemed as if he had not read his own notes.

The office seemed very unorganized. Dr. did not seem like he had adequate amount of time to diagnose properly. I was supposed to get a callback from physical therapist but no one in the front knew what was going on. Got a Cortizone shot and four days later my pain is still just as severe got a Cortizone shot and four days later my pain is still just as severe . Won’t be going back to this office again .

My son fractured his wrist, and from our first appointment to our final one. The staff was very kind and made my son’s experience very comfortable for him.

The most important trait of a doctor, is their honesty and compassion. Yes, he diagnosed my issue and explained it in terms that I understood, but most importantly, he was gentle and truly cared about helping me with a treatment plan to get better.

I went to my appointment. I was 14 minutes late. I had paperwork to fill out. I took an xray. While I was waiting for the doctor I was playing a game on my cellphone. When the doctor came in he immediately chastised me for being on my cellphone.
